| About IMD |
IMD is a totally new and economical production course ,which can low the cost of the product manufacture and product assembly . Comparing with other productive technology IMD can reduce the production steps and assembly parts. Hereby IMD can save production periods and cost, improve the products quality ,keep a long time new appearance , and also can increase the durable character of the products.
IMD can break the traditional plastic injection .For the full color product design, if we adopt the traditional plastic injection way, We need tear the parts open, assembly, make a mould, painting and carve, more steps , but IMD is one step moulding technology which can avoid the above more complex steps.

IMD can make single color ,multicolor and full color print. Different surface patterns can be achieved. Such as paintings, national pictures, water color pictures, characters, flowers, scenery, metal, stone, golden, silver , pearl, cloth, wood, leather, vacuum sputtering clad ,brushed, and chameleon all kinds of advanced printing technology.
