Dual sliding mold (alternating dual sliding molds). One mold at left can do injection molding, and the other mold at right can retrieve and insert pieces. The operation is safe and production efficiency can go up.
Vertical mold-lock, horizontal injection, great mechanical structural strength, and powerful injection, suitable for molding of large inserting pieces.
The height of nozzle is adjustable to a better position for the center and level calibration of mold. It allows making mold production easier.
