• In YH-V Series models, we install dual sliding (alternating dual sliding). One mold is for injection molding, the other mold is externally to pick up pieces and do insert work. YH-VR

• Disc will make 180 °rotations alternately and go back and forth horizontally, enabling the operator to pick up pieces and insert pieces at a fixed operation to make the job easy and highly efficient.
• The positioning of disc surface can be locked with a fixing pin to ensure a highly precise positioning when the rotation of the disc stops. Consequently, the upper and lower molds can be precisely closed.
• It can be equipped with automatic insertion and automated removal devices to achieve a full automatic operation of the machine.
• Standard disc contains two stations. For special needs, over 3 stations or 4 stations can be chosen for more convenient operation and automation of on-line planning, which can increase production capacity.
• Standard disc is a vertical three-column direct pressure clamping. For special needs of mold, it can be four-column direct pressure clamping.
